    1. The main engine is a three-beam and four-column structure, which consists of a body, an oil cylinder, a stroke limiting device, and a mold.
    The fuselage consists of an upper beam, a lower beam, a slider, a workbench, a column, a locking nut, and a guide sleeve. The sliding block moves up and down in a straight line along the four columns under the drive of the oil cylinder; the upper beam, the lower beam and the sliding block are made of No. 45 cast steel, which has good stability and rigidity. The column is made of 45 # round steel, and the surface is plated with hard chrome to ensure that it will never rust;
    The oil cylinder includes the main oil cylinder, the distribution oil cylinder and the propelling oil cylinder. Hydraulic system: It consists of motor, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve, fuel tank, filter, cooler, oil pipe, etc. The hydraulic valve is a large-flow cartridge valve, and an oil suction filter is set at the oil inlet of the pump to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system and ensure the normal operation of the oil circuit; the system has devices such as oil temperature and oil level display, air filtration, etc.; the oil tank is welded steel plate Structure, with oil drain and drain plug at the bottom; plug-in special hydraulic motor to reduce workshop noise.
    3. Electrical system: There is an independent electrical control box to centrally control the operation of the whole machine. The equipment is equipped with photoelectric protection device and emergency stop button to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during operation.
    4. Operating system: PLC programming control system is adopted to realize free switching between automatic and semi-automatic operation modes, which can be adjusted according to the working environment to meet different production process requirements.
