Before hydraulic press operation:

1. The operator of the hydraulic press must be trained to master the equipment performance and operating technology before they can work independently.

2. Before operation, wear work clothes, fasten the buttons and cuffs, do not open work clothes, and wear labor protection equipment.
3. Emergency stop test.
4. Make sure that the workpiece being inserted and unplugged will not cause equipment overload or cylinder overtravel.
5. Before operation, clean up all kinds of sundries on the mold, and check all electrical facilities, handles, transmission parts, protection and limit devices are complete, reliable and flexible. There are no obstacles on the operating parts and sliding surfaces, and the operation can be performed only after the system pressure is normal.

Hydraulic press operating:
1. Clean up oil stains in time during operation to prevent the workpiece from slipping and hurting people.
2. It is strictly forbidden to extend your hands and head into the working parts of the pressure plate and the mold when the body pressure plate slides up and down.
 3. The hydraulic press must be installed when the power is off. It is forbidden to collide with the start button, handle and pedal on the foot switch.
 4. Install the upper and lower molds to center, adjust the mold gap, and do not allow one side to deviate from the center. After confirming that the mold is fixed, try the pressure again
 5. Check whether the pressure reaches the working pressure, whether the equipment operates normally and reliably, and whether there is any leakage.
 6. For different workpieces, when press-fitting, the working pressure of the press and the pressurizing hydraulic press, the number and time of holding pressure should be adjusted at any time, and the mold and the workpiece should not be damaged.
 7. The press plate of the machine body: When sliding up and down, it is strictly forbidden to extend your hands and head into the press plate and the working part of the mold.
 8. It is strictly forbidden to perform operations such as percussion, stretching, welding and cutting, bending and twisting while applying pressure.
 9. Smoke, welding, hot fire, and flammable and explosive materials are not allowed to be stored around the hydraulic press. Take fire prevention measures.
 10. Pressure test a workpiece, and then produce after passing the inspection.
 11. The operator shall not leave the machine tool while the machine is running.
 12. It is strictly forbidden to overhaul or adjust the mould during the operation of the equipment. It must be operated by multiple persons and must be in the same step and directed by a dedicated person.  After operated:
 1. The power supply should be cut off, the hydraulic rod of the press should be wiped clean, lubricating oil should be added, and the mold and workpiece should be cleaned and placed neatly.
 2. Restore each mechanical part to a safe non-working position, and clean up the sanitation of the machine and its surroundings.
