    1. Body
    The fuselage is connected by four columns on the upper beam, the slider and the workbench, and is fastened by nuts to form a closed rigid frame. The slider is connected with the piston rod of the main cylinder, and moves up and down with the column as the guide. There are oil holes on the slider to refuel regularly to lubricate the moving parts. There are T-shaped slots on the lower plane of the slider and the upper plane of the worktable for the installation of molds.

    2. Main oil cylinder
    The main oil cylinder is a piston structure, mainly composed of oil cylinder, piston head, piston rod, guide sleeve, sealing ring and other parts. The oil cylinder is fastened in the upper beam by the lower shoulder and the upper nut, and the lower end of the piston rod is connected with the slider through nuts and bolts. When oil enters the upper or lower chamber of the main oil cylinder, it drives the slider to go down or return.

    3. Ejection cylinder
    The ejector cylinder is installed in the working table size, and its structure is similar to that of the main oil cylinder, so the description is omitted.

    4. Hydraulic system
    The hydraulic system has simple structure, convenient adjustment and maintenance, stable and reliable operation. Two oil pump motor units and one valve block of the oil tank are connected to each pump and valve through pipelines to form a system. The volume of the oil tank of this deeo drawing hydraulic press machine is about 520 liters, plus the volume of the oil cylinder and pipeline, a total of 570 liters of refueling is required, which requires about 3 barrels of oil. It is recommended to use 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the operating environment temperature is 0-45 °C. The hydraulic system of this machine can realize the start and stop of the oil pump, the rapid approach and suppression of the piston rod, pressure maintenance, unloading, return and other working conditions. In the following description, please refer to the hydraulic schematic diagram, and the serial numbers listed for each valve and each electromagnet correspond to the schematic diagram one by one. Located at the rear of the frame, the hydraulic valves are integrated at the rear of the oil tank except for the charging valve which is directly fixed on the top of the main oil cylinder.
