  • Why Choose Cold Forged Heat Sink

    Date:2023-02-24

The heat sink adopts forging technology for integrated design and production, with low thermal resistance and good heat conduction effect, which can effectively ensure the timely export of heat and achieve the ultimate heat dissipation effect. In addition, the cold forged heat sink has good mechanical properties, high productivity and high material utilization rate, and is especially suitable for mass production, thereby reducing production costs.
    Classification of forging?

According to the forging temperature, it can be divided into hot forging, warm forging and cold forging.
According to the forming mechanism, forging can be divided into free forging, die forging, ring rolling and special forging.
    Cold forged metal temperature?
Cold forging is a technical process for forming, processing and forging below the recrystallization temperature of the profile (generally refers to normal temperature). Most of the cold forging materials are aluminum and some alloys, copper and some alloys with low deformation resistance and good plasticity at room temperature. Cold forging can cause work hardening (strain hardening) of the profile during processing, which can increase the strength and hardness.
    Metal Minimum recrystallization temperature/°C
    Copper (Cu) 200~270
    Aluminum (Al) 100~150
