    The fully automatic high-speed servo hydraulic press production line independently developed by Delishi/Goodsjack has passed the customer's on-site pre-acceptance and is about to go to a developed country in Europe. The successful delivery of this production line is an important breakthrough made by Delishi/Goodsjack Hydraulic Machinery in overseas market expansion, and will actively promote the transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing to high-end manufacturing.



    The project is a turnkey project, including multiple core technologies and equipment such as hydraulic presses, automation, and uncoiling and leveling automatic lines. The 1,900-ton five-sequence fully automatic high-speed servo hydraulic press production line can realize one-time automatic stamping of dishwashers and washing machine boxes. The production line consists of 5 high-speed servo hydraulic presses, 6 sets of double-speed transmission manipulators, and automatic unwinding and leveling lines. It has high production efficiency, compact structure and high precision, and adopts a hydraulic axis professional motion control system. The production cycle can reach up to 7 pieces/minute, which has reached the world's leading level. It has a one-button mold change function, and the 5-station synchronous mold change time is less than 4 minutes.

    The whole line control adopts a servo control system, which not only effectively realizes energy saving and noise reduction, but also realizes fine manufacturing, maintenance-free and easy-maintenance design, and convenient maintenance. The hydraulic press is stable and controllable under high-speed operation, and the pressure control accuracy reaches ±0.2Mpa. The whole line complies with the CE safety certification conducted by the international certification agency, and the safety chain is complete to ensure stable and reliable operation.
