    Screw Jack System Description:


    Screw Jack System is usually used for lifting heavy duty load or lifting platform. Screw Jack System mainly includes 

    screw jack, bevel gearbox, electric motor, connecting rod coupling, gear reducer. Clients can choose 2 screw jacks 

    system, 3 screw jacks system, 4 screw jacks system, 6 screw jacks system, 8 screw jacks system for your practical 

    application. We can offer a complete screw jack system including electric motor, gear reducer and so on. Before 

    clients place orders, our engineers provide 2D CAD or 3D drawings for final confirmation.
    Note: When the screw jacks travel stroke is too long, we advise the clients to use a guide post.




    Screw Jack System Efficiency

    Two screw jacks lift system, I and T configuration,, transmission efficiency 95% 
    Three screw jacks lift system, I and T configuration, transmission efficiency 90%
    Four screw jacks lift system, H, U and T configuration, transmission efficiency 85%
    Six screw jacks lift system, 2H and U configuration, transmission efficiency 80%
    Eight screw jacks lift system, 2H and H configuration, transmission efficiency 80%
    Notes: don't ignore bevel gearbox efficiency 98%


    2 Screw Jacks system:


    2 Screw Jacks System I and T layout, transmission efficiency 95%.

    Including 2 screw jacks, 1 bevel gearbox or no bevel gearbox, 2 connecting shafts, 3 or 5 couplings, 1 electric motor.
    If clients need lower input RPM, a gear reducer is needed.





    4 Screw Jacks System:


    4Screw Jacks System H and U layout, transmission efficiency 85%.

    Including 4 screw jacks, 3 bevel gearboxes,  6 connecting shafts, 13  couplings, 1 electric motor.
    If clients need lower input RPM, a gear reducer is needed.
