    The accuracy of the four-column hydraulic press machine must be adjusted before the equipment is operated so that it can be operated accurately during the work process. First of all, we should know that during the installation process of the four-column hydraulic press, we should pay attention to the equal height of the four adjusting nuts to the workbench, so that there is a good foundation for machine accuracy adjustment. In the pressurized state (pressure maintaining), fasten the parts connected to the movable wall and the movable beam to form a whole, and at the same time, also connect the oil cylinder with the movable beam. The parts connected to the upper beam are tightened. Then tighten the locking nut under the workbench as much as possible (under no load conditions), so that precision adjustment can be performed.

    In the accuracy adjustment, the lower plane of the movable beam is perpendicular to the piston rod (the processing accuracy of a single piece is guaranteed, and at the same time, under pressure, it is locked and connected as a whole), so that the lower plane of the movable beam is flat and parallel to the work surface The deviation can reflect the verticality of the piston centerline to the work surface. Therefore, the movable beam can be kept in the middle position and its parallelism deviation can be measured first.
     
    Before adjusting the four-column hydraulic press machine, slightly loosen the four locking nuts on the upper beam. Use a dial indicator to first check the parallelism between the lower plane of the movable beam and the front and rear (left and right) planes on the workbench. If it does not meet the requirements, you must tighten or loosen the two front (left) adjusting nuts or the two rear (right) adjusting nuts under pressure, and measure and adjust again until the requirements are met. After the front and rear (left and right) parallelism meets the requirements, use the above method to measure and adjust the left and right (front and rear) parallelism. After the middle position meets the requirements, you should also check whether the parallelism of the two lower positions of the movable beam meets the requirements. When it is found that the parallelism deviation of the upper and lower positions exceeds the requirements and the direction of the measurement data is opposite, you should consider checking the assembly situation and checking whether the accuracy of single parts such as movable beams meets the requirements.
     
    After the parallelism check and adjustment are completed, check whether the verticality of the movable crossbeam meets the requirements. When requirements are not met. The adjustment method is the same as that of adjusting parallelism until the requirements are met. Similarly, when it is found that there is a conflict between the verticality adjustment accuracy and the parallelism accuracy, and the values are both greater than the specified value, the assembly quality and the quality of single parts such as movable beams should be checked.
